
Below are a list of the interface modules available. All these modules are designed to be used with the Fieldbus P-NET (refer to Fieldbus). The modules provide the ability to interface with almost any process sensor or control, providing the means of distributing control/intelligence. The modules can be supplied as separate units for customers to build their own system or will be used by us to provide a complete system to suit our customers requirements.
Also detailed below are the communication modules, which provide the ability to connect a P.C. using VIGO to the P-NET or a RS232 devices to P-NET.

PD3100 Digital I/O DC Interface: 32 Input/Output Channels, which can be connected
directly to 24 VDC equipment.
PD3120 Digital I/O DC Interface: 16 Input/Output Channels for 24 VDC, also includes an
internal user programmable calculator channel for local
control.
PD3150 Digital I/O DC Matrix: 32 Input/Output Channels, which can be connected directly
to 24 VDC equipment. 16 off Sink and 16 off Source making
module suitable for matrix connections.
PD3221 Universal Process Interface: 6 Digital Input Channels (4 off Input/Output), 2
Analogue Inputs (current/voltage/PT-100), 1 Analogue
Output. Also includes calculator, pulse processor and
PID channels.
PD3230 Weight Transmitter: 1 High resolution weight input channel (suitable for paralleling
up to 10 x 600 Ohm Standard load cells. 6 Digital Input
Channels (4 off Input/Output) and Calculator channel. Can be
used to perform Belt Weight functions.
PD3235 also available for use with up to 10 x 300 Ohm load
cells.
PD3234 Weight Transmitter: 1 High resolution weight input channel (suitable for paralleling
up to 10 x 600 Ohm Semiconductor load cells. 6 Digital
Input Channels (4 off Input/Output) and Calculator channel.
Can be used to perform Belt Weight functions.
PD3240 Analogue Interface: 16 analogue Input channels ( 0-20 & 4-20mA) provides the
ability to convert measurement directly into Engineering Units.
PD3250 Analogue Interface: 16 analogue Input channels for voltage ( 0-100mV or
Thermocouple inputs) and 1 PT-100 Input. The module also
provides the ability to convert voltage measurement directly
into Engineering Units.
PD3260 Power Monitor: 1 Power Monitor channel, 1 Generator Switch, 1 Thyristor
Switch and 8 Digital Input/Outputs also includes an internal
user programmable calculator channel for local control.
PD3280 P-NET Repeater: 3 RS485 P-NET Interfaces , used to provide galvanically
isolated extension between P-NET sections, making
addressing of modules between sections transparent.
PD3285 P-NET Repeater: 3 RS485 P-NET Interfaces , used to provide galvanically
isolated extension between P-NET sections, making
addressing of modules between sections transparent. Also
provides 1 interface for duplex optical fibre capable of
extending the P-NET up to 3.1km.
PD3940 RS232/P-NET: module providing communication between P-NET and RS232 devices such as printers
barcode readers.
PD3920 PC/P-NET Interface: ISA half size expansion board, allowing PC to connect to
P-NET Fieldbus.
PD3930 Parallel PC/P-NET: module providing ability to connect PC to P-NET Fieldbus via
PC Parallel Port.
